For the past several months I've been working with a client in Germany who is starting a luxury line of baby skincare products. The special ingredient in the product line is caviar (yes, CAVIAR)!
I connected with this client at the very beginning stages, prior to the product being finalized or produced. I developed the logo, which features an classic border surrounding the wordmark. We were striving for a high-end luxury-line meets baby look -- and achieved it by adding some playful elements such as birds and hearts. The last step was determining the color-scheme to complete the overall look. We decided on PANTONE 572-C, a soft and cremy seafoam tone, a nod to caviar and the ocean. From here, the rest of the brand identity was created, including the packaging design for the product tubes and boxes. Mixed with silver and cool gray, the overall look is luxurious and calming.
Pantone 572 C is one of my all-time favorite colors. It can be found all over my house -- From my morning coffee mug to my favorite bracelet, this color is a staple for me (and soon for babies everywhere!)
